We have a checks and balances system in place to insure you, our customer, get exactly what has been ordered on our site. If you are dissatisfied with our service, be assured we will work diligently to resolve any problem, as we believe customer service is our number one priority. Should you receive a product that is defective or not what you designed on our site, we will happily refund your money. We ask that you contact us the day of receipt. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, it really is that simple.

Privacy

All personal information collected on our site is for the sole purpose of processing your order. This information is only available internally to us and our affiliates. Your information will never be shared or sold to others.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the following factors.

• -choice of product
• -quantity ordered
• -number of locations imprinted
• -number of ink colors in your design

To lower your cost per item, we recommend the following.

• -choose white blank products; these cost less than colors
• -order larger quantities; this reduces your per item cost
• -only print in one location
• -limit the number of ink colors in your design

The price you see is your total. There are no screen fees, no art fees, and no shipping fees. Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to a Kentucky address.

Forms of Payment

Mastercard and Visa are accepted securely using Secure Socket Layer Technology.

Paypal is accepted.

Purchase orders are accepted, but are reserved for qualified organizations only (e.g. schools, government agencies, and large corporations). Purchase orders must be verified and therefore must be placed by phone.

Minimum Order

Due to the cost of setup and preparation, 6 pieces is our minimum for screen printing. To lower your per piece price, we recommend ordering the maximum number of shirts you anticipate needing.

Delivery Time

You can choose from Regular delivery or Rush, with Rush service adding an extra 20% to your total.

Delivery dates for Regular and Rush are shown on both the website homepage and on the checkout page.

Super Rush service is offered in some instances. This service is dependent on the current printing schedule and stock availability. Please call to make these arrangements. It is possible for orders to ship in 48 hours.

If you provide incomplete information in the order process, we will notify you by phone or email ASAP. Please respond promptly, as your order will be placed on hold awaiting your reply. We appreciate the urgency of orders and therefore do our very best to process, produce, and ship in a timely manner.

Upload Your Art

Our site has thousands of pieces of clipart to choose from, and you also have the option to upload your own art.

Please refer to the art upload section in the design studio for a detailed explanation. For the purpose of designing, you will upload a .jpg. For the purpose of screenprinting, you will upload an .eps.

Please note, we can only print high resolution images. If artwork you provide is of a low resolution, we will contact you. You will need to either provide a higher quality image, or pay additional charges for our Art Staff to work with your art, bringing it up to standard for printing.

Returns

If you have a return, you must call and speak with a representative to receive a RA number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA (return authorization).

Quality or Shortage Disputes

If you have a problem with the quality of the screenprinting, or a shortage of products ordered, you must notify us immediately. Disputes of this nature will only be honored if you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Volume Orders

We often print large volume orders. Please understand on these orders, typically over 1000 impressions, an industry standard is plus or minus .75 percent. On a volume run we order more garments to allow for misprints.
